SetFixedColumns replicates columns printer friendly version

Playing with the demo I changed it to access a CSV file which works great. However when I do a dBTable1.setFixedColumns(new int[]{1,2}); Columns 1 and 2 are replicated with header names A and B respectively. So now the table displays N+2 columns. What's the trick to display just my N columns with the first two being fixed as shown in screenShots section?

after calling setFixedColumns(), call getColumn(1).setVisible(false), this will hide the columns in the main table. This is already mentioned in the api help of setFixedColumns method.
