1) When using quicktable with webstart, you would get a nullpointertexceotion while it loads quicktable images. This is because webstart loads images in a different way. This problem is fixed.

2) Method added to clear all data in table. use removeAllRows() method.

3) Fixed missing internationalization properties in the QuickTable*.properties files

4) When using quicktable in a modal dialog, the Calendar dialog to edit date columns was not properly showing up. This is fixed.
