Hi again,
I think its silly to ask whether i can display modaless dialog on top of modal dialog. but thats what i need...

I have my quicktable in frame1 . from frame1 i open another window dialog1 (i extend it to JDialog as i need it to be modal). in dialog1 i have another small 3 column quicktable. i have to implement doFind, print and preview for this dialog1. as the find and preview dialogs are modaless they go behind my dialog1 and i cant search(doFind) in my dialog1 quicktable.

any workaround for my problem?

many Thanks!

Find window, print preview window are created using JFrame. There are issues with showing JFrame on top of a modal JDialog.

Unfortunately, you have to use JFrame or modaless JDialog. I understand you really need a modal dialog.
